Tropical Storm Paula Already A Hurricane
This may be a very big rumor but Invest 98, a cyclone near Nicaragua may have went the RIC (Rapid Intensification Cycle). Some people on Facebook have been saying that Invest 98 (Paula) May have went from Tropical Storm status to Hurricane status in 30 MINUTES!!! More info will come in as soon as we get more info.
