Severe Weather Potential On Monday & This Weekend?
The severe weather threat continues to be a big problem on Tuesday night as a major jet stream change continues to be forecast. All dynamics seem to fall into place, low pressure, difluence (split between a jet stream and a low pressure), dry line, and a cold front. Now, the severe weather outbreak scenario is still having its kinks worked out and still on the 50/50 about that. But some models are indicating that after Tuesday night's severe weather, the low will back up until it can not back any further. This is like a atmospheric rubber band, it's only a matter of time before the force of the stream start snapping that band and will cause the low to fly eastward once again over North Texas causing yet another severe weather outbreak possibly and yet again, that is 50/50.
